1. 基本的考え方
当財団では，JMCEホームページ（以下「当サイト」という）において提供するサービス（ホームページによる情報提供等）の円滑な運営に必要な範囲で，当サイトを利用される皆様の情報を収集しています。収集した情報は利用目的の範囲内で適切に取り扱います。

2. 収集する情報の範囲
（1）当サイトでは、利用者から個人情報の直接提供を求めることはございません。
（2）当サイトでは，ＩＰアドレス、当サイトの閲覧等の情報をアクセスログの形態で収集しています。
（3）当サイトの提供するページには、一部クッキーを使用しているページがあります。
クッキーとは、サイト提供者が利用者のコンピューターを識別するために、サーバから利用者のブラウザに送信され､利用者のコンピューターに蓄積される情報のことで、クッキーを利用することによりご利用のコンピューターの訪問回数や訪問したページ等の情報を収集することができます。なお、クッキーを使用して利用者個人を識別できる情報は一切収集していません。
（4）当財団の施策などに関する御意見・お問合せの御利用にあたっては，お名前や，御住所，電話番号，メールアドレス等の登録をお願いしています。

3. 利用目的
2において収集した情報は，当サイトが提供するサービスを円滑に運営するための参考として利用します。

4. 利用及び提供の制限
当財団では，法令に基づく開示要請があった場合，不正アクセス，脅迫等の違法行為があった場合その他特別の理由のある場合を除き，収集した情報を3の利用目的以外に利用することや，第三者に提供することはありません。ただし，統計的に処理された当サイトのアクセス情報，利用者属性等の情報については公表することがあります。

5. 安全確保の措置
当財団では，収集した情報の漏えい，滅失又はき損の防止その他収集した情報の適切な管理のために必要な措置を講じます。

6. 適用範囲
本プライバシーポリシーは，当サイト（https://www.jmce.or.jp）においてのみ適用されます。

7. 保有個人データの開示等の手続について
法令に基づく保有個人データの開示、訂正、利用停止、消去等の請求があった場合は、速やかに調査・確認を行い、請求に理由があると認められるときは、所定の手続きにより対応いたします。保有個人データの取り扱いに関する上記請求につきましては、下記のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to the information collected by Japan Music Culture Export ("JMCE"), both offline and online, including through www.jmce.or.jp, whether accessed via computer, mobile device or other technology (collectively, "Websites"). Please note that when you enter any subsites accessible through www.jmce.or.jp, such subsites may have their own specific privacy policies.
This Privacy Policy explains the information that JMCE may collect when you interact with us and our practices with respect to that information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

1. Collection of Information
Information You Provide To JMCE
While JMCE does not generally require that you provide us with identifiable information in order to visit and use the Websites, please note that in order to participate in some services (collectively, "Services"), we may ask you to provide information that could reasonably be used to contact you or to identify you for a business use (such as company name, first and last name, e-mail address, mailing address or telephone number) ("Company Information"). We may also ask you to provide other information about your company, such as demographic information (such as country, genre, etc.). If you choose not to provide such Company Information or other information to us, you may not be able to participate in certain services we offer. If we combine demographic or other information we collect about you with Company Information about you, we will treat the combined information as Company Information. We will store your Company Information by the time when you ask us to withdraw it. We clarify that we do not knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 16.

Information JMCE Collects Automatically
In addition to any Company Information or other information that you choose to provide to us via the Websites, whenever you visit or interact with the Websites, JMCE automatically collects certain information such as your IP address and/or another unique identifier ("Device Identifier") for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device ("Device") you use to access the Websites and any referring website. (A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device when you access a website or its servers. Our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier.) Some mobile service providers may also provide us or our third-party service providers with information regarding the physical location of the Device used to access the Websites.
In addition, JMCE, as well as certain third-party analytics and other service providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how you use the Websites ("Usage Information"). Usage Information may include, in part, browser type, operating system, the page served, the time at which a page was accessed and/or the time spent on a page, and the preceding pages views. Usage Information is generally non-identifying, but if JMCE associates it with you as a specific and identifiable person, we will treat it as Company Information.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
The technologies used on the Websites to collect Usage Information, including Device Identifiers, may include:
Cookies. "Cookies" (which may be html files, Flash files or other technology) are small text files that help store user preferences and activity. A Cookie is placed on a Device when it is used to visit the Websites or otherwise access our online offerings. Cookies may be used for many purposes, such as remembering you and your preferences, tracking your visits to our web pages and customizing your Website experience. If you choose to disable cookies on your Device, some features of our Websites and our online offerings may not function properly.
Web Beacons. "Web beacons" (also known as image tags, pixel tags, GIFS or web bugs) are small pieces of code used to collect advertising data, such as counting page views, promotion views or advertising responses. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to the Websites, to monitor how users navigate the Websites, to count how many sent e-mails were actually opened or to determine whether content sent was actually viewed.
Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Websites, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your Device from our server or a third party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Websites, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.

Information JMCE Receives from Third Parties
JMCE may receive information about you from third parties. In addition, if you are on another website and you opt-in to receive information from us, that website will forward to us your e-mail address and other information about you so that we may contact you as requested. We may also supplement the information we collect about you with outside records from third parties in order to enhance our ability to serve you, to tailor our content to you and to offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. When we obtain Company Information from third parties, we will apply this Privacy Policy to the Company Information received, unless we have disclosed otherwise.

2. Uses of the Company Information JMCE Collects
JMCE will use the information it collects, including your Company Information:

• to determine which products and services we offer may be of interest to you;

The Websites may contain links to other websites that are operated and controlled by third parties that we do not control. This includes links of sponsors and partners that may use our logo(s) as part of a co-branding agreement. In addition, JMCE content or widgets may be included on web pages and websites that are not associated with us and over which we have no control. These other websites may send their own cookies to your Device, and they may independently collect data or solicit Company Information. A link from any Website to any other website does not mean that JMCE approves of, endorses, or recommends that website. JMCE provides such links for your convenience and is not responsible for the content of any website linked to or from any Website. Moreover, JMCE is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party, and it disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, legality, reliability, or validity of any content on any other website.

5. Security and Retention
JMCE uses commercially reasonable safeguards to help protect and secure your Company Information, and we use reasonable efforts to obtain the agreement of third-party service providers to take steps to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of Company Information we share with them. However, no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% private and secure. Please be careful to avoid 'phishing' scams, where someone may send you an e-mail that looks like it is from JMCE asking for your Company Information. JMCE will never request your Company Information through e-mail.
To help protect you and others, we monitor use of the Websites, and we use the information we collect, including Company Information, to identify fraudulent activities and transactions; prevent abuse of and investigate and/or seek prosecution for any potential threats to or misuse of the Websites; ensure compliance with the applicable terms of service and this Privacy Policy; investigate violations of or enforce these agreements; and otherwise to protect the rights and property of JMCE, its partners and customers. Monitoring may result in the collection, recording, and analysis of online activity or communications through the Websites. If you do not consent to these conditions, you must discontinue your use of the Websites.
You understand that any message or information you send to the Website may be read or intercepted by others. JMCE does not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you use the Websites and provide us with your information at your own risk.

6. Policy Governs Use: Changes to Privacy Policy
The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of any information collected while it is in place. JMCE reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice to you, and any changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Websites after posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes. Thus, please review this Privacy Policy periodically.
